Details (Legislative Decreee: 196/2003)
With reference to the provisions of the Leg. Dec. 196/03, we
would like to inform you (Art. 13 Leg. Dec. 196/03) that your
personal details, which you freely passed on to us through our
web site or via e-mail or via fax shall be used exclusively
for dealing with the booking of your stay and, in case of
confirmation, for the documents necessary thereof as forseen
by the Italian law.
Some details in the information form are compulsory in order
to be able to start booking procedures.
Should you refuse to give such details, then the booking
request will not be forwarded. On no other occasion shall your
personal details be used or sent to others,
You shall not be asked to give any consent because the details
you will send are exempt from this obligation as according to
points b) and d) in Art. No. 24 of the Leg. Dec. 196/2003.
The data processing is carried out manually and computerized
on electronic supports protected by a password and totally
confidential.
Responsible for the data processing is ARTS S.r.l., Via
Massentana Romana, no. 13, 53100 Siena, to which you can refer
in any moment, completely free of charge, for advice, to
complete, change or cancel your personal details or to protest
totally or partially against their above-mentioned use, as
foreseen in Art. No.7 in the Leg. Dec. 196/2003.

bellezza dei luoghi incontaminati che circondano le fonti termali come ad
esempio Bagno Vignoni, San Casciano dei Bagni, Bagni San Filippo,
le Terme di Rapolano, Chianciano.
